HAMBATAN DAN STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI ANTARPRIBADI PEKERJA SOSIAL DI PANTI PELAYANAN SOSIAL WANITA “WANODYATAMA” SURAKARTA
Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done, it can be concluded that the interpersonal communication barrier faced by Peksos at PM in the
dominant Women's Institution "Wanodyatama" Institution include: (1) Communicant and (2) Psychological. The strategy in implementing interpersonal communication applied by Peksos to the PM in the Women's Care Institution "Wanodyatama" Surakarta include Credibility, Channels of Distribution, Content, Clarity, Continuity and Consistency, and Capability of Audience (Ability of Communicant). If sorted, strategies often applied by Peksos to PM in Panti are (1) Clarity, (2) Capability of Audience, (3) Channels of Distribution, (4) Credibility, , (5) Content, and (6) Continuity and Consistency .
