Meskipun demikian, beberapa tempat hiburan di Kota Solo seperti ruang karaoke, telah menghadapi stigma negatif dari sebagian masyarakat. Stigma negatif ini muncul karena beberapa alasan, salah satunya adalah persepsi yang umumnya dipegang oleh sebagian masyarakat terkait dengan kegiatan di ruang karaoke. Beberapa masyarakat menganggap ruang karaoke sebagai tempat yang tidak bermoral, di mana perilaku negatif seperti minum-minuman keras berlebihan, konsumsi obat-obatan terlarang, dan perilaku asusila dapat terjadi.</em><em> Sebagai upaya mematahkan stigma negatif dari masyarakat tentang ruang karaoke, maka diperlukan seorang desainer interior untuk membuat desain ruang karaoke yg elegan dan family homey. Perancangan ruang karaoke ini menggunakan metode pendekatan desain konseptual, dimana desainer akan menerapkan konsep dengan gaya modern futuristik sebagai acuan perancangan. Desain yang dihasilkan menggunakan warna-warna netral seperti abu, putih, dan hitam. Aksen lampu juga ditambahkan demi menonjolkan gaya modern futuristik itu sendiri. The purpose of this design is to create an attractive booth concept in accordance with the vision and image of Tahu Jemprit to increase the interest of potential consumers of Tahu Jemprit Surakarta. The design method used in this design is qualitative by collecting data at the location and interviewing the Tahu Jemprit outlet owner. When watching a video, the viewer will undoubtedly have their own interpretations of the message and meanings represented by the signs. This study aims to show the message and meaning of each sign from the scene in the video campaign using Roland Barthes’s Semiotics analysis to describe the message with a more detailed explanation through the meaning of denotation and connotation in the 30<sup>th</sup> World Water Day 2022” video. From the fifteen scenes in the “30<sup>th</sup> World Water Day 2022” video, it was concluded that denotation interpretation appeared through the depiction of the fertility of rural agricultural areas demonstrating that water has enormous advantages, not only for humans, but also for plants and animals. On the other hand, connotative interpretation from the video was the water consumption must be done with caution. The method for designing public service advertisements is divided into 5 stages, namely; development, pre-production, production, post-production and distribution. Kletax's product is banana chip rolls, and based on observation data, the problem with Kletax's chip product is the lack of information on the packaging and the limited packaging variations. This has resulted in a decrease in sales. Therefore, the design of this packaging is expected to be beneficial for Kletax's product. The introduction of a new packaging will help provide clear information and make it more effective, efficient, attractive, and practical to carry. The design method to be used includes generating ideas, conducting surveys, identifying data, brainstorming, analyzing data, designing, and finally evaluating. This packaging design includes primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging, as well as supporting materials such as banners, t-shirts, and posters. History encyclopedia books are a visual communication medium to foster children's interest in reading. History Encyclopedia Bakulapura makes interactive children's books to improve relationships between children, parents and the general public, as well as increase children's interest in reading. The historical encyclopedia book entitled: " Desain Ilustrasi Untuk Buku Ensiklopedia Catatan Perjalanan Raja Majapahit di Kota Bakulapura" introduces letters through visual descriptions of characters and cultural history. Visual characters and cultural history in this book have a function to transfer the message. The visual meaning of historical characters and culture is analyzed using Semiotics theory by identifying visual elements and analyzing their connotative meanings. Researchers will only examine some of the main characters in the encyclopedia book. Identification of visual elements of characters and analysis of connotative meanings are presented in tabular form and translated using descriptive- interpretative techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies and content analysis. The analysis results show that there are several visual compatibility of historical characters and culture with the characterization shown by the characters of historical encyclopedia books. These plastic cans are usually thrown away or collected and sold to waste collectors. Plastic waste will, of course, take longer to decompose and harm the ecosystem and survival. One way to reduce the impact of plastic can waste is to reuse cans into furnitures with new functions for home furnishings, such as chairs. Plastic cans are short and cannot be formed into chairs of standard sizes. A collection of plastic cans of the same size can be created into a small chair called a "dingklik". Dingklik in Javanese is a small, short chair usually used by mothers who cook in the kitchen. Chairs made from plastic cans can also be used anywhere because the chairs made from the primary material of plastic cans are lightweight with a neater and more aesthetic appearance using supporting materials such as vinyl cloth foam for the seat and hemp rope for covering the can. The results of utilizing plastic cans in valuable chairs are described using a qualitative descriptive design method approach. Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon mempunyai beberapa area pada kompleks bangunannya seperti pada umumnya Keraton yang ada di Jawa. Setiap areanya dipisahkan dengan sebuah gapura. Ada delapan gapura yang dimiliki oleh Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon, masing-masing gapura memiliki bentuk fisik serta fungsi yang berbeda. Perbedaan bentuk fisik dapat terlihat jelas dalam struktur bangunannya, seperti ragam hias, warna, dan unsur estetis lainnya. Bentuk dan rupa dari gapura Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon merupakan hal yang patut untuk diketahui melalui metode penelitian kualitatif. Gapura di Keraton Kasepuhan Cirebon memiliki tiga bentuk dasar, yaitu gapura candi bentar, gapura paduraksa, dan gapura semar tinandu.
