Meningkatkan Resiliensi pada Penyandang Tuna Daksa Melalui Terapi Realitas : Literature Review

The highest type of disability in Indonesia is physically disabled, which is 717,312 people or equal to 33.74 percent. People with physical disabilities have a high risk of being exposed to various sources of stress, thus making them grouped in people with high risk factors. The resilience of people with physical disabilities needs to be improved in order to be able to rise, survive, and adapt to difficult situations that can make them depressed. There are various ways that can be done to increase resilience, one of which is through reality therapy. This research is a literature review where the researcher examines several previous studies whose themes are in accordance with this research. The method used to obtain data related to the theme is to do a search on the internet through the Google Scholar and Google Book sites. The results of the literature review show that reality therapy has an effect on increasing resilience in people with physical disabilities.
