Sumber Barokah Sentosa is an MSME engaged in the sale of motorcycle spare parts. The process of managing spare part data, sales transactions, returns, and reporting is still done manually, often leading to recording errors, delays in data retrieval, and difficulties in stock management and sales reporting. This study aims to implement a website-based customer service application at CV. Sumber Barokah Sentosa. This application was developed using PHP Native, JavaScript, CSS, MySQL, and the Waterfall system development method. Key features include spare part data management, sales transactions, returns, a barcode scanner, sales reports, and sales graphs. System testing was conducted using the Grey Box Testing method, which demonstrated that all system features functioned well according to user requirements. Furthermore, a usability test using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 32 respondents yielded a score of 80 (Grade B), indicating that the application has excellent usability and is acceptable to users. Based on these test results, this website based customer service application is suitable for managing transactions, spare parts stock, and sales reports more effectively and efficiently.
