Author Guidelines
Authors must ensure all the points below are met before submitting an article to JURNAL KOMUNITAS.
A. General Requirements

Articles are not currently being submitted or in the process of being published in another journal.

Authors can submit articles in Indonesian or English, in editable versions (doc/docx files).

Authors agree to the APC policy. Article withdrawal incurs a fee 75% of APC and a potential two years blacklist

Authors are permitted to post their published articles online by including a link to the article in JURNAL KOMUNITAS.

Authors may use Gen-AI tools for limited academic assistance such as checking grammar, editing for clarity, or rephrasing academic language, supporting idea generation, outlining, or improving readability. Gen-AI should not replace human intellectual contributions. The scientific reasoning, originality, methodology, data interpretation, and final conclusions remain the responsibility of the authors.
- Authors must be transparent about using artificial intelligence technologies in preparing the articles, included in the acknowledgement section
- The author declares that the article and the data presented have received approval from the parties involved, or, states that there are no conflicts of interest with other parties
- Only the names of those who actually contributed to the research and/or the drafting of the article are included in the author list
- Authors are prohibited from listing AI as an author
- This journal uses Turnitin to detect similarity. The maximum allowable similarity is 25 percent.
- The author bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the data and the content of the article, including any consequences arising from its publication
B. Manuscript Format

Author must use the manuscript template provided by JURNAL KOMUNITAS.

Title : Max 15 words, no acronyms, TNR 14 pt, bold, centered. A translation of the title should be included below for Indonesian languange. The manuscript in English doesn't need translation.

Authors: Names presented without titles, TNR, centered, accompanied by a corresponding email.

Abstract: A short paragraph of minimal 100 words, no citations. Includes background, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

Structure: Introduction - Methods - Results & Discussion - Conclusion - Acknowledgement - References. (Largest text percentage allocated to Results & Discussion, TNR 12, single-spaced).
C. Citation & References

Please use citation tools (Mendeley, Zotero, EndNote, etc) in APA 7th edition style.

A manuscript's bibliography must include a minimum of 15 primary scientific literature sources, excluding secondary literature. References are adviced from the most recent publications within the last 5-10 years.
